This website does not load advertising or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the site.
When enabled, Rollbar receives technical error reports that may include the page URL, browser information, and diagnostic context to help fix website problems. Do not include private health information in website URLs or general contact inquiries.
Contacting the practice
The contact form prepares an email on your device. It does not submit the form to a website database. You choose whether to open your email app and send the message to support@jadepathstudio.com. Email providers process messages under their own policies. Please do not include private health information in general email inquiries.
Newsletter signup
When you join the mailing list, this website stores your email address in the practice’s PostgreSQL database for the mailing list. Signup records your request to receive practice updates; this website does not currently send newsletter campaigns or provide an automated unsubscribe service. To withdraw your signup or request removal of your email address, contact support@jadepathstudio.com. Please do not submit health information through newsletter signup.
Appointments and health information
Appointments are booked through Jane. Information you provide there is handled through that service and the practice’s patient intake process. This website notice does not replace patient privacy information or consent documents supplied during intake.
Maps and other services
The contact page loads a Google Maps embed. Visiting that page sends technical request information to Google. Booking embeds, when available, and external links to Jane, social platforms, or the shop are handled by those services under their own privacy policies.
